Material Preparation & Custom Injection Mold for Pill Boxes
Material preparation and custom injection mold development are the two foundational pre-production steps of all plastic pill boxes.
1. Raw Material Preparation
All plastic pellets are stored in the raw material warehouse. We only select medical-grade BPA-Free PP materials that have passed FDA and REACH safety tests. Before production, all materials will go through strict appearance and composition inspection to remove impure, discolored or defective raw materials. Qualified materials are dried and sorted for subsequent injection molding.
2. Custom Injection Mold Manufacturing
Our independent mold workshop develops exclusive injection molds based on your custom pill box drawings or samples. We can adjust mold structure for single-grid, daily, weekly and multi-compartment pill boxes to match your target size, thickness and separation layout.After mold CNC processing, polishing and trial testing, we conduct sample molding to check dimensional accuracy, surface smoothness and assembly tightness. Only molds with stable molding performance will be put into mass production. With standardized material inspection and precise custom mold solutions, we guarantee consistent quality of semi-finished pill boxes in the following injection molding process.
