Injection molding is the core forming process for all our plastic pill boxes. Backed by our professional mold workshop, we can develop precise injection molds based on your customized size, compartment layout and structural requirements, supporting mass production of single-grid, weekly and multi-compartment pill boxes.

We only use medical-grade, BPA-Free PP plastic materials that pass FDA and REACH testing. Before molding, raw plastic pellets from the raw material warehouse will undergo strict material inspection to filter out unqualified raw materials.

Our standardized injection molding workshop is equipped with fully automatic injection molding equipment. After heating and melting qualified plastic raw materials, the molten material is injected into custom molds under stable pressure to form semi-finished pill box blanks. Operators conduct random sampling tests during production to control wall thickness, surface smoothness and dimensional tolerance.

After molding, all semi-finished pill boxes are transported to the inspection workshop for comprehensive appearance and dimension screening. Products with burrs, deformation or size deviation will be separated for reprocessing. Only qualified semi-finished products will flow to the printing workshop for personalized logo and pattern printing.

The whole injection molding line operates under the ISO quality management system. Every production step retains complete inspection records, and our molded pill boxes fully meet market standards for Europe and the US  industry. We accept small trial orders and large bulk production to meet all customized demands from global  buyers.
